Hide downtime channel on maps

Votes:

0

Hi,

We're running PRTG Network Monitor 19.4.54.1506 x64.

We have maps built to display SNMP Traffic Sensors

On all of the SNMP Traffic Sensors we have set the downtime channel to "Hide from Graphs" and "Hide from Tables".

On some of the sensors on the map this has hidden the downtime channel, but not all of them.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

Hello RaceIT,

I don't think you missed something. Did you changed the settings manually on every individual sensor? For this change you can use our Multi-Edit feature. Just navigate to "Sensors" > "By Type" > "SNMP Traffic" and select all at once to edit the channel settings to the same.

If it's not working please open a support ticket with attached screenshots of the settings of the affected sensors to: [email protected]

Kind regards
