Hello there,

Do you have a separate notification trigger for the "Up" and "Down" state?
If that is the case, then the sensor will send the "Up" notification whenever he re-enters that state. That means, if the sensor goes into Warning (or any other state) for a short time, once the sensor is back in the Up state, you will receive a notification. You can check if the sensor changed it's state in it's "Log" tab.

Kind regards,

Since I will need some screenshots from your system for further analysis, we will continue this in a support ticket.

Did you receive my email about the needed screenshots?
In case you didn't receive the email, you can open a new support ticket by sending a email to [email protected]
Please include a screenshot from the sensors "Overview", "Log" and "Notification Triggers" tab when sending the email, and also make sure that you capture the entire PRTG web interface when creating the screenshots (neither cropped or resized).
