I have many entries of this. Why is this happening ?
Is this also coupled with the fact i am getting Overload Protection Warnings ?

Hi there,

At first sight, those entries seem to show that a Probe cannot connect its Core Server here, which is not related to the overload protection.

Anyways, in order to solve issues with the overload protection, I would recommend to check this article. It explains in detail what to do.

If you need more help to analyse logs, I would recommend to open a support ticket, so we can work on this in more detail.
