Known Warnings filter in VMware ESX Hardware sensor broken?

Votes:

Last week after upgrading to PRTG 20.1.57.1745, the "Known Warnings" setting in the VMware ESX Hardware sensor no longer works.

I've been using the Known Warnings setting to filter out a list of invalid sensors warnings on multiple Dell servers, and it had been working fine the last six months or so. Immediately after the upgrade it no longer suppresses the invalid warnings.

I upgraded to PRTG 20.1.57.1786 this morning and it made no difference, still not working.

Hello there,

There were changes in this sensor in the latest PRTG version. The setting "Known Warnings" is only purposed for warning states of the host server now. Therefore please delete your known warnings filter. If you do not want to have a warning status for unknowns, please change the Ignore Unknown States setting from the default option to "Do not show unknown states".
