is it possible to change the limit/threshold unit from Mbit to a percentage?

hi, i want to set limit/threshold for a specific channel. i want to set it with percentage but it is a value in Mbit/s . is there any way to change it to a percentage

Unfortunately not, you always need to use the corresponding unit.
