Hi there,

Is it possible for PRTG to monitor the ping from a Cisco iOS router but using another source interface for the ping command?

In Cisco iOS, this would be ping x.x.x.x source Gig0/x

cisco ios ping prtg

Hi John,

Sounds like the Cisco IP SLA Sensor would be a good choice here. Something like this should work:

icmp-echo 123.123.123.123 source-interface gig0/0

Kind regards,

Thanks! Configured IP SLA on the router and then the sensor in PRTG.
