Android Push Notifications only show last notification

Votes:

Hi,

Wondering if this is a PRTG or Android limitation: On my Android phone I am only getting the latest push notification showing up, any previous notifications are not shown (like its overwriting it). Not helpful in the situation if I get an error from one sensor, then moments later a warning from a different sensor. My iPhone has a history of all the notifications, so I can least scroll through the lot on that phone.

FYI: Samsung Galaxy 10e, Android 10

Hi Damien,

Thank you for the KB thread.

I believe what you would like to have previous notification appear on the "Drawer" under Android. To achieve this, please do the following: - open the PRTG App - click the three dots in the upper left corner - scroll down and click "Settings" - open the "Push Notifications"-option - set "Show" to "As many as possible"

This will save all received notifications under the Drawer by swiping down on your android device.

Thanks.

Spoke too soon. It seemed it work once, then not. I'll reboot the phone, but is there anything else I may need to check?
