Prtg local probe sensors are going to unknown state and coming up automatically. Upgraded to latest version. Issue still persists. This issue is only on Prod environment. We don't see this issue on Test and acceptance environment. Server health is fine, resources(CPU,RAM, disk space) and I also don't see any event on system and and application on event viewer related to PRTG. This is hosted on VM and we don't see any events/errors on ESX as well

I also see the following message in Health errors

IMPORTANT: There Are Fundamental Problems In Your PRTG Installation! Monitoring may be incomplete or inaccurate because one or more parts of PRTG are not working properly! Check the list of health sensors above for hints on what is going wrong. If there is a health sensor in the Down status that you want to ignore, acknowledge the Down status, for example, via the sensor's context menu.

Hello,

Please note that for this kind of issue, it is necessary to review the log files of your PRTG. Therefore please open a support ticket via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the PRTG web interface. Alternatively, if your PRTG is not connected to the internet, you can send an email with the problem description to [email protected] and we will continue troubleshooting there.

Thank you!
