Possible bug with library inheritance?

We are running 20.1.56.1547+ and have noticed an issue where sensor notifications are not always being inherited based on 4-star library settings. This has caused a serious problem in the past day to go unnoticed for an unacceptable amount of time, as the on-call person was not notified as we would have expected. What's odd is that some 4 star sensors are inheriting properly, and others are not. I don't yet have a clear picture of a pattern yet, as we have thousands of sensors.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Does this behavior only occurs in this libraries?

We have not found this happening with the 5-star library. Other libraries (1-3 star) don't have notifications enabled, so we don't have any data on those.

Hi Peter,

As we need to take a look at your logs and the configuration of your library, I would ask you to open a ticket by sending us a Support Bundle via the webinterface of your PRTG instance.
This can be done via the Contact Support ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface. Enter this ticket's case number (PAE2005437) when submitting the Bundle.
