Dear Support

In my prtg tool the last down time shows 2 and 1 hour days back. But in the same prtg graph at that time it was not showing any indication of down. and the traffic was smooth.

Hello,

Please note that for this kind of issue, it is necessary to review the log files of your PRTG as well as the screenshots of the problematic graphs. Therefore please open a support ticket via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the PRTG web interface. Alternatively, if your PRTG is not connected to the internet, you can send an email with the problem description to [email protected] and we will continue troubleshooting there.

Thank you!
