More than one line between the devices

HI How can I drawn more than one line between the devices on the Map on Prtg. example i want to connect switch ports. please help me i added the html that u created but nothing happen.

Hi,

Officially it's only possible to add multiple different lines to one device. However it's not possible to add redundant lines. Also see: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/59884

Please note that we can't really offer any customization help for PRTG.
