Prtg Page stuck on loading loop

Hi

i work in my station with 3 screens on one of them i open Prtg monitor after couple of minutes PRTG page try to refresh and stuck on loading(refreshing) loop the only way to solve it, its to open PRTG on new tab until the next ti,e

full-screen prtg refresh

Dear Aman-it,

please clarify,

  • do you show a PRTG map, or other parts of the PRTG interface?
  • which browser do you use?
  • and which PRTG version?

yes i show devices map i use chrome/firefox browser PRTG version is 20.2.58.1629+

Dear Aman-it,

in this case please make sure that no plugins are used in Chrome. You could also create a new Chrome user for that, which then has no plugins.

If that does not help, please contact us through PRTG (Setup / Contact Support). By default, a support bundle is included, which is a collection of important logs.
