Hi Huda,

Please check the remarks that it takes to execute a program via a PRTG notification. Please pay extra attention at the user access rights, because a program runs under the security context of the user running the PRTG service.

You can also check if the program is been executed through PRTG via "Logs | System Events | Notification Related" in PRTG's web interface.

Best,
Sebastian

Hi Huda,

Please contact us via email to [email protected] and provide us with a screenshot of the entire notification template and a screenshot of the notification related logs.

We need to further analyze this and it's going to be much easier with actual screenshots to further pinpoint the cause of it.

Thank you very much in advance.
Sebastian
