Collaboration for support on AIX

Dear Sir/Madam,

i have implemented PRTG for one of my customers.

He has also an AIX environment which he wants monitored.

Is there any possibility to for them to provide support in the form of providing command outputs that might help with getting the basics for AIX going?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, we do not have any native sensors for monitoring AIX. However, you should still be able to monitor it using SNMP sensors. For more information about how to setup SNMP please see this article.
