Hi, Dears,

In the first, I wish you safety in the light of these circumstances

On 22/5/2020 I upgraded my PRTG software to the last version and it was done successfully and worked fine, For two days I faced issues with search engines when I try to search the device or sensor did not give any result.

Please I need your advice here.

With My Best regards...

Hello Abdulla,

Thank you, the same to you.

What's the result after restarting the Core Server for test purposes? Does the search afterwards?

Best,
Sebastian

Hi Abdullah,

You can either navigate in PRTG to "Setup | System Administration | Administrative Tools | Restart PRTG Core Server Service" to restart only the PRTG components or you restart the entire host machine via Windows.

Best,
Sebastian

Hi Abdulla,

I'm glad to read that the restart solved the issue.
It's also worth considering if you want to schedule an automated weekly restart of the Core Server. To do so, please see this article.

Best,
Sebastian
