PRTG Server.exe cannot be loaded

On Win 8.1 I get this Error. How can I solve the problem?

PrimaryModule C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\64 bit\PRTG Server.exe cannot be loaded. LoadLibraryEx returns 2.

I'm afraid I can't say for sure. All I have is the entry from the system log that's already been sent over. But I notice that the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\64 bit\" does not seem to exist.

The problem seems to occur during the boot process. Können wir auch in deutsch kommunizieren)

At this point, I would like to move the troubleshooting to our ticket system and via email. In this way, we can share screenshots and log files more effective.
