I want to monitor if a .exe is not running

Hello,

I want to monitor it a .exe is not running.

This exe open a cmd window who need to run constantly

I saw on google that in need to set the "WMI service" sensor. I added the sensor on the correct computer, with the correct path, the exe is running, but i have this issue.

WMI : 80041017 : The query was not syntacltically valid - PerfCounter: No data to return, (Performance Counter error 0x800007D5)

Do you have any idea ? Thank you

Hello Francois,

Thank you for your post.

It seems that the performance counters on the target machine are broken, please see the following article for possible solutions on how to fix performance counters.

On a side note, if you want to monitor a process you will need a Windows Process Sensor.
