Email notification does not work.



I configured PRTG to send notifications by e-mail, but when I check the logs I see the following message: "Status sending Email: DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: [email protected]. Connection Closed Gracefully".

Could you help me identify why this error occurs?

Just to check, did you already follow our notification troubleshooting guide from our knowledge base?
Why don't I get notifications from PRTG? What are the Top 5 reasons for notification problems?

Does this help to further examine the cause of the issue?
