Email notification does not work.

I configured PRTG to send notifications by e-mail, but when I check the logs I see the following message: "Status sending Email: DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: [email protected] Connection Closed Gracefully".

Could you help me identify why this error occurs?

Hi there,

Just to check, did you already follow our notification troubleshooting guide from our knowledge base?
Why don't I get notifications from PRTG? What are the Top 5 reasons for notification problems?

Does this help to further examine the cause of the issue?
