we have several probes and each colleague should be able to define which probe may wake him/her up by sending notifications. currently every alarm "wakes" everybody up. I saw one can get notified if a ticket gets created and assigned to oneself - maybe users can assign themselves to "notification group - bagdad" and then be notified/assigned to all alarms to that site? if so - how can this be set up?

Notification are send via a notification trigger. This trigger can be inherited from top to bottom. In this way, you can create a new notification trigger for each Probe which notifies only a certain group of users or only a single user.
