Downtime exceeding Threshold Report

There are Ping-Sensors set up at all locations, monitoring the availability of the connections. At the end of each month I need a report or at least some sort of feedback containing all locations where the downtime exceeded a certain limit (e.g. 0.5% of the month). How can this be achieved?

Hello Felix,

This is not directly possible with the native reports of PRTG. You can either manually export the historic data to process the results outside of PRTG, or you can take a look at the SLA-Plugin from one of our partners: SLA Plugin

They offer a free trial to see if that solutions suits your needs.

Note: The SLA Plugin from Corp IT has been deprecated. If you would like to explore enhanced SLA reporting options, check out the PRTG SLA Reporter, a PRTG extension. A free trial is available from the Paessler website.

Kind regards,
Felix Saure, Tech Support Team
