Today, we have restarted the IIS client server which have configured the sensors. After the reboot getting an below mentioned error found in Perfcounter IIS Application pool sensor.

Error: (Unable to connect the specified computer, or the computer is offline. (Performance Counter error 0x800007D5)) Down alert message: No data to return.(Performance Counter error 0x800007D5))

That moment, i've tried to reconfigured one of the application pool which have same client server and once done the scanning interval for newly configured sensor status is OK. Then, within a few minutes remaining sensors also got an OK status.

Please advise on this issue.

Hi there,

It's possible that the performance counter changed and therefore the Sensor no longer "find" them. If I understand you correct, the new Sensor works es expected?
