PRTG alert: Error by lookup value 'Shutdown' in channel 'Fan 3 State (Fan 3)'

One of our main routers started throwing this message and we are trying to determine if the fan is actually in a down state or not.

Error by lookup value 'Shutdown' in channel 'Fan 3 State (Fan 3)' Ran thru some knowledgebase info. but was unable to locate any info. I did however find that I could run an SNMP Test and perform a "walk" which I did and received the following error msg. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

7/24/2020 9:31:45 AM (6 ms) : SNMP v1 7/24/2020 9:31:45 AM (8 ms) : Walk Fan State 7/24/2020 9:31:45 AM (10 ms) : Error: -2007

When querying the system uptime using those credentials, it's properly shown? Has the appliance been restarted?
