Opening web views under iOS 13 does not work
If you activated SSL in your PRTG installation and use a certificate that does not meet the requirements for trusted certificates from Apple, web views cannot be displayed in the PRTG for iOS app.
With iOS 13, Apple changed the requirements for trusted certificates. If you use a certificate that does not meet these requirements, opening web views like maps, sensor settings, or historic data in the PRTG for iOS app does not work.
Troubleshooting
We strongly recommend that you use Certificate Importer to upload a certificate that meets the requirements for trusted certificates in iOS 13. Find the detailed requirements here.
Note: If you use a self-signed certificate, you must manually turn on trust for SSL for this certificate. Find instructions here.
