Is it possible to automatically include the sensor name in the URL of a XML/REST sensor?

I am trying to get PRTG to automatically put the name of the sensor at the end of the URL: http://myhost.com/:8000/_count?target

Instead of target I would like to have the sensor name in the URL, is there Any way I could do this with the API or use some sort of placeholder?
