Sensors IPFIX no data



Hi I have a constraint on the IPFIX sensors suddenly No data, but for the last 2 such sensors are still active. Please help

Did you already try to restart the PRTG Core Server service? If that doesn't help, please pause the Sensors and use our Netflow/IPFix Tester (https://www.paessler.com/tools/netflowtester) to verify that packets are indeed received.

Hello. I have done all these steps and the results are not successful, even though after I use the Netflow / IPFix Tester program (https://www.paessler.com/tools/netflowtester) the data can be received. Please help.

Note that the tester is not going to make it actually work - did you receive data within the Tester? Could you post a screenshot with a few flows logged in the same?
