I need to apply a Filter in SNMP Trap Reciever

A device sends me the following trap:

	SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = AcBoard::acIpGroupNoRouteAlarm
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsName.0 = 113
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsTextualDescription.0 = IP Group is temporarily blocked. IPGroup(Default_IPG) Blocked Reason: Keepalive
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsSource.0 = Board#1/IPGroup#0
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsSeverity.0 = major (4)
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsUniqID.0 = 35
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsType.0 = qualityOfServiceAlarm (2)
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsProbableCause.0 = thresholdCrossed (51)
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsAdditionalInfo1.0 =
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsAdditionalInfo2.0 =
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsAdditionalInfo3.0 =
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsDateAndTime.0 = 07E4081210351600
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsSystemSeverity.0 = critical (5)
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsDeviceName.0 = 0
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsDeviceInfo.0 = 0
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsDeviceDescriprion.0 = 0
AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsSystemSerialNumber.0 = 11298585

I need the filter to recognize a part of the message, for example (IP Group is temporarily blocked) and thus be able to generate a failure.

Hi there,

I would recommend to check the trap received in PRTG and then configure a filter rule according to this article: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_trap_receiver_sensor#filter_rules

Hi Moritz,

I have read the manual, but I can't get the sensor to detect the message, try several filters, example:

bindings[SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = AcBoard::acIpGroupNoRouteAlarm] bindings[AcBoard::acBoardTrapGlobalsTextualDescription.0 = IP Group is temporarily blocked.] bindings[IP Group is temporarily blocked.]
