PRTG Alert Flowcharts

Good Morning! I am looking to see if anyone has put together a flow chart for troubleshooting alerts when a sensor goes down. I have decided to put together a flowchart that I can give to new users to show them the process of troubleshooting when a sensor alert goes off and what to do to recover that sensor. Before I go through the process of creating a flowchart I thought that I would reach out the the PRTG community and see if anyone has developed a flowchart already that wouldn't mind haring that I could adapt to fit our needs.

Hello Lance,

Since there are many different sensors, there are also many different possible reasons why a sensor is down. Therefore there also a lot of possible troubleshooting steps. I'm afraid it's not easy to create a general flow chart here. However for some general troubleshooting steps, these articles could be of interest for you:
