Can I filter out the specific sensors that will appear in the logs?

Thank you for your message.
In PRTG, I'm afraid that there is no option in the Log tab to filter the logs by sensor, you can only filter by specific period.
However, you can use the PowerShell module called PRTGAPI to do it. Please have a look here: Historical Information
