I have a problem with SNMP FUJITSU SYSTEM HEALTH V2 SENSOR.

The problem is an error occurs with the following message:"Access violoation at address00A7695E in module 'PRTG Probe.exe'. Read of address 00000015 in FujitsuiRMC sensorlib."

The name of the sensor is 'iRMC Overall Status: NULL'.

There are dozens of sensors with this issue.

PRTG Version is 20.3.62.1397.

a few things to try

- update PRTG and OS to latest

- take a look at the log files, search your system for "Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs", try to delete and recreate the sensor then check the logs again for any clues

-turn off hardware acceleration, not a likely cause but just in case the issue is not software based
