Ping Jitter sensor shows No Reply from error

My ping jitter sensor shows "no reply from" error but the ping sensor I have for the same device is working fine. What am I missing here?

As both sensors use the same protocol (ICMP Echo) to reach out to the target, both, or none of them should work.

As this is not the case, I'd like to take a deeper look on your configuration and logfiles. For this, I ask you to open a support ticket and forward me a Support Bundle of your PRTG installation. Please refer to this KB post, when doing so.
