We have a prtg that is integrated with AD, the client does not know where he set the windows password on the prtg, it could have been on some device or on a sensor, and it changed the AD password and this is causing a problem in his account , how can I find where he registered the password? it has more than 3 thousand sensors

Hello Daniel,

Thanks for the KB post.

We have a script in our KB that can retrieve the Windows username you set in each device. I hope it helps.

In addition to that, you can also check the "Probe State (Global Debug Data) 00.txt" from below path in case of any connectivity issues due to credential of WMI sensors.

C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs\debug

Thanks.

With kind regards,
