Sensors show wrong status in Map

We have various device groups and various active directory based user groups. Every user group was denied acces from the Root level. Every user group was granted read-only access only to its corresponding device group. This arrangement works perfectly at the device tree level.

We have 1 map for each device group. Every user group was granted read-only access to its corresponding map which contains its assigned devices. All maps and user groups work correctly except for 1 user group: Whenever a sensor belonging to their map changes state, this change is not reflected in their map. All sensors remain green visually in the map although they are alarmed in the device tree. If we grant write access to the corresponding device group in the device tree, the map works correctly. When we again assign read-only access to the device group, the map shows green sensors all the time even when sensors are alarmed. What are we doing woring with this group? Regards

Hi there,

I think this case would be better handled in an actual support ticket, in which we can exchange more detailed information. So, please open a support ticket so we can continue troubleshooting there. Please refer to this KB article in the ticket.
