Hello there,

Thanks for the KB post.

The RDP sensors are just looking to get connectivity to TCP Port 3389. Could you please try to telnet (telnet ip-address 3389) from PRTG Probe to the target host? If it fails, then you have the check the connectivity or ports/firewall.
