Unable to send out test or notification email



Hi all,

I am new to the PRTG setup, I will wish to have email notification send to us when sensor values change or status down. I am using Direct delivery using built-in email server (default) with the sender to my own company email (Test SMTP settings).

On the logs/system events/notification , the logs state Status sending Email: "my email" Authentication required.

Can i know where can i fill in this Authentication?
