After PRTG update Cisco ASA VPN error when tunnel goes down

We upgrade multiple installations of PRTG to 20.4.63. Since that we get an error from the VPN sensor because the tunnel cannot be found, every time the tunnel goes down. We have configured the sensor that there will be no error when the tunnel will go down. But this does not work anymore?

Error: Could not find data for <IP>

cisco-asa cisco-asa-vpn snmp

The issue will be fixed in PRTG PRTG v21.1.65.1767, which we will release today :) Sorry for the inconveniences!

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

This is a known issue where we are currently working at. Please, notice that it won't be fixed in the version .64 as the version is already prepared to be released. However, a fix will probably be released in version .65 in January.
