Can someone please advise the best practice on setting up alerting based on limits. For example, what would be the most suitable set up for ping sensor for Access points? Whats the best bottom and upper limit?

Hello Andy,
Thanks for the KB post.
For Ping sensor, and to monitor the availability of the device with Ping, you don't have to use the limit for it. You can simply set up a notification under Notification Triggers tab for the down status.
