Remove unrestricted acknowledgement from the selection list

Is it possible to remove the unlimited acknowledgement from the selection list? It should only be possible to confirm at specific times. Is this only possible for certain users?

Thank you for your message.

Regarding your question, I'm afraid that it's not possible to remove the option "Acknowledge Indefinitely" from the contextual menu.
