Hello,
We no longer deliver the Enterprise Console with PRTG since PRTG version 19.4.54, which came out November 2019. You can find more information here. Please note that since we can only support PRTG versions which came out within the last 12 months, no supported PRTG version supports the Enterprise Console anymore.
Please note that the enterprise console may stop working anytime in upcoming PRTG versions. Also the PRTG Enterprise Console is currently affected by a couple of bugs and layout issues, which won't be fixed anymore. We recommend that you switch to PRTG Desktop soon.
The new PRTG Desktop app has the same functionalities than the older Enterprise Console, but some settings may look different, therefore if you have questions about the usage of the new app please refer to the PRTG Desktop Manual.
