How to define WMI capable Windows account

Is there step by step instructions how to create local Windows monitoring account which works with WMI sensors? Meaning make account, add to tthese groups, assign these rights to WMI and DCOM etc. etc.

There seem to be some information here and some information there, link to Microsoft etc.

Hi there,

The WMI protocol is not well documented regarding the required access rights. Therefore, we recommend to use a user which has administrative rights on the target device.
