We are having a issue with dropped packets

We are seeing a bunch of drop packets which is causing us to lose connectivity in certain applications like RDP. How can we see if something is squawking on the network causing this issue? Not sure what report would show us this.

monitor packetsniffer ping

Hello,

In order to monitor packet loss you can use traffic sensors. Please also have a look here. If you are looking to monitor if the RDP service is still available, you can use our RDP Sensor.
