Prevent PRTG sending "Up" email notification

Votes:

I'm trying to configure PRTG to notify a paging system my company is thinking about going with for our on-call schedules. I've created a template for email notifications, and it works great, however, it'll also generate an email stating that the device, or sensor, is no in the "Up" status.

When it does that, it also sends an email to Pager Duty, and then contacts us via phone call and SMS.

So, long story short, how do I prevent PRTG from generating an email stating that the device or sensor has come up?

Thanks!

That would always be the last notification trigger option you configure, i.e. "When sensor state is no longer Down, perform". If you disable this, no up notifications will be sent.
