Team,

We have Network fracture like..Main branch Switches - Firewalls-------vpn tunnel-----other branch Firewall - Switches....

When tunnel down....Lot more alerts coming at a time...

Can we set alerts like VPN tunnel sensor down then branch switches alerts not coming...or other branch firewall other sensor's alerts not coming only VPN tunnel alerts coming..

Please update ..

You could simply create a Ping Sensor on the Probe device that pings a device on the other end (preferrably one behind the firewall, as it is likely always available, even with the connection being unavailable). Then use dependencies to make these hosts depend from that one ping Sensor. Ideally, everything within that VPN is located in a group, so you could make the entire group depend on the Sensor. Then you would only be notified on the Ping Sensor being down :) Does that sound like a viable approach?
