Is it possible to monitor the free space of a USB drive connected to a Synology NAS?

Hello Adrian,

Thank you for your message and best wishes for this year.

Regarding your question, it is indeed possible to monitor USB drive connected on Synology NAS. To do so, you have the possibility to use the standard [[https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_disk_free_sensor|SNMP Disk Free] or even the SSH Disk Free sensor.

The disk will then be detected as volumeUSB, as illustrated on the screenshot below: Monitor USB drive
