Alex,

The first question to ask yourself is how you and your organization defines uptime. Is it that the link from the ISP is simply up and available? Is it that the link is up, and moving data? What is the definition you want the report to inform you on for each link?

Alex,

Please open a support ticket, and ask to work with me. I have an idea about how to display this for you, but I need more information about your device to help you create the sensors.
