This article applies as of PRTG 23

Change lookup file in the Job Scheduled channel

The Veeam Backup Job Status Advanced sensor has a Job Scheduled channel that uses boolean lookups.
By default, the channel uses the lookup file prtg.standardlookups.paessler.veeam.yesno_no_is_ok that does not change the sensor status if a backup job is not scheduled. So when you add the sensor, PRTG displays a backup job that is not scheduled as follows:

To set the sensor to the Down status if a backup job is not scheduled, take the following steps:

  1. Click the gear icon below the Job Scheduled channel to edit the channel settings.
    Edit channel

  2. In the Edit Channel dialog, go to section Lookup and select the lookup file prtg.standardlookups.paessler.veeam.yesno_no_is_error from the list.
    Select lookup

  3. Click OK to save your settings.

As of the next sensor scan, the sensor changes to the Down status if a backup job is not scheduled:
