Change lookup file in the Job Scheduled channel

Note: The Veeam Backup Job Status Advanced sensor is a beta sensor. The operating methods and the available settings can change at any time. Do not expect that all functions work properly, or that this sensor works as expected at all. Be aware that this sensor can be removed from PRTG at any time.

The Veeam Backup Job Status Advanced sensor has a Job Scheduled channel that uses boolean lookups.
By default, the channel uses the lookup file prtg.standardlookups.paessler.veeam.yesno_no_is_ok that does not change the sensor status if a backup job is not scheduled. So when you add the sensor, PRTG displays a backup job that is not scheduled as follows:

To set the sensor to the Down status if a backup job is not scheduled, take the following steps:

  1. Click the gear icon below the Job Scheduled channel to edit the channel settings.
Edit channel settings of the Job Scheduled channel

  2. In the Edit Channel dialog, go to section Lookup and select the lookup file prtg.standardlookups.paessler.veeam.yesno_no_is_error from the list.
    Select suitable lookup file

  3. Click OK to save your settings.

As of the next sensor scan, the sensor changes to the Down status if a backup job is not scheduled:
