Hello Paessler,

I have sensors that pulls serial number, ip address, model, firmware version, etc. from my network devices. How can I send all that data in notification email along with the device name and specific alert? I want not just to send device name and the sensor that went down in notification email, but also some additional info that I have pulled from the device via different sensors. It will help to render notification email by some other software that this email will arrive on.

Hi Robert,

For getting more detailed information in your notifications, I would recommend to add someplaceholders to the message that should be send. With the placeholders you can include several details from the sensor or the device.
