Inherit authentication for HTTP Advanced sensors

Votes:

We have a number of HTTP advanced sensors which under the Authentication settings section all use Windows NTLM authentication. These all use the same account which means every time the password is reset we have to go through each sensor and update the settings manually.

Is there anyway to force this setting to be inherited from a parent device/group?

Hello, this authentication method is specific to each URL you are monitoring with the HTTP Advanced sensor, therefore PRTG doesnt have an option of inheriting these settings from the parent device.
