IMAP/POP3/SMTP tests work perfectly when I create them individually. When I setup the round trip IMAP/SMTP combo or POP3/SMTP combo, everything times out. I'm trying to gather more logs files to see why it is failing. Any insight into the best location to find out what the actual error is?

Hello,
the basic procedure is:
- Add the sending (SMTP)-Server as a device in PRTG. For example with "smtp.web.de" as IP-Address/DNS-Name for a German webmail-provider.
- To this device add such a Roundtrip sensor. The sensor should have the proper settings:
- Email-Settings as From-Address and To-Address
- SMTP-Settings as port, timeout, and eventual credentials for authentication, also a proper HELO which is accepted by the sending SMTP-Server
- POP3/IMAP-Settings as IP/DNS-Name of the receiving server, port, timeout, and eventual credentials for authentication
- Please also bear in mind to set the correct security-level (TLS, SSL-version, etc.).
- Add the sensor.
Which exact error do you get?
