Device Dependencies and Groups

I've got devices within a group, in this case signifying the LAN of a given site. I also have a group for the WAN connection. Each device within the LAN group has its own ping sensors that act as the master for that device.

Currently, I have the LAN group's dependency set to one of the sensors in the WAN group. However, though the group is showing as paused, the master sensors for the devices are still unpaused.

Would the group being paused by dependency not pause a given object within it?

Hi Tim,
The master sensors within the group should be paused if the master sensor for this group is in error state. If only the master sensors of the devices in the group are in error state, the master sensors won't be paused. I just tested it on our test systems and it seems to work as expected in our latest release.
However I would recommend to take a look here.
